Fort Worth ISD Recognizes 200 Retirees
Fort Worth ISD employees who are retiring this year were recognized at a reception on Wednesday, May 15, 2019. A total of 205 staff members have announced their retirement, with 4,217 years of combined service to the District.
The reception featured entertainment by North Side High School’s Mariachi Espuelas de Plata, under the direction of Ramon Nino, a slide show of “then” and “now” photos, and some sage advice from a group of elementary students. Chief of Human Capital Management Cynthia Rincon made opening remarks, followed by remarks from Superintendent Dr. Kent Scribner.
Each retiree was recognized and photographed with Dr. Scribner and Board of Education Trustee Carin “CJ” Evans.
