Registration Now Open for the 17th Annual Fort Worth Technology Conference

 

Fort Worth ISD (FWISD) and surrounding school district educators are invited to learn innovative and engaging technology strategies for classroom use at the 17th annual Fort Worth Technology Virtual Conference Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022, 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

“Digitally-driven instruction is a cornerstone to modern education. The Fort Worth Technology Conference is an event for all educators to meet with innovative minds and focus on professional growth with the purpose of supporting students as they develop future-ready skills in creativity, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking,” says Catherine Simpson, Digital Learning Coordinator for Fort Worth ISD Educational Technology Department.

The free virtual experience offers district and regional instructional innovators along with nationally-recognized speakers, including this year’s keynote speaker Ken Shelton. Shelton is an ISTE Digital Equity PLN 2018 Excellence Award winner and 20-year educator, educational technology influencer and innovator.  

FWISD employees attending the conference may earn up to six hours in teacher-selected FLEX credit
