How do I get help for technical issues?

If you are having problems with your device, hotspot, or District account, your first contact should be your home campus.  Each campus has personnel that can help you with minor issues, and they can provide information to escalate the problem if needed.  You can also view our self-help resources found on this page: Scroll down to the section title: Support for Learning Tools: Quick Reference Guides and Videos.
