Fort Worth ISD is excited to offer a wide range of learning opportunities for students this summer! From engaging enrichment programs to hands-on academic support, there’s something for every learner.

More Ways to Learn This Summer
Even if your child doesn’t attend Summer Learning, there are still many ways to stay engaged:
- Community Camps & Programs: Look into YMCA and local rec centers
- Museums & Cultural Centers: Check for youth workshops and summer events
- Educational Apps & Websites: Try Khan Academy, PBS Kids, and Nat Geo Kids
- School Events: Some campuses may host summer reading nights and family learning activities

FWISD Summer Learning Hiring Now Open
FWISD is now accepting applications for Summer Learning staff positions. We are seeking dedicated, student‑focused team members to support campuses and provide meaningful learning opportunities for students throughout the summer.
The Summer Learning Staff Application is now open!
These roles offer a chance to support student growth, collaborate with colleagues, and earn additional compensation during the summer months.
Dual Language and ESL Summer Learning for Pre-K and Kindergarten
Registration is open to Dual Language or ESL students in grades pre-k or kindergarten for the 2025-2026 school year.
Summer school dates:
June 2 - June 30, 2026
Monday - Thursday, 4 days a week program
Monday - Thursday, 4 days a week program
Student reporting times:
7:40 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.

- Carter Park ES*
- Manuel Jara ES
- Richard J. Wilson ES
- Springdale ES
Transportation will not be provided for this summer program.
*ESL is only offered at Carter Park
